Flow, dance, explore. We offer classes in yoga, Nia, meditation, and Asleep/Awake-Aware. We specialize in classes for many different types of bodies and people. Our teachers create an inviting space that welcomes all people. Open your heart, strengthen and heal your body, explore the connection between mind, body, and spirit. Join our vibrant and joyous community! Sample what we have to offer. If you are new to Aloft and a local resident, your first week of classes is free. Sunday morning meditation is always free and welcome to all. Prior to your first visit, please fill in the online registration form and fill out a Release and Waiver form when you come to your first class at the studio. There is always a sign in sheet by the door and you sign in and write “Free week” and the date by your name. Introduce yourself to the teacher, and come to as many classes as you would like for a week (teachers will be made aware that you are going your free week trial). We hope you will join us!
